The Gen 3 Trigger Stick does everything the Gen 2 does, and more. Just like the Gen 2, the Gen 3 is a lightweight height-adjustable gun rest and optical gear mount, perfect for kneeling or standing. With just one hand you can pull the trigger on the Trigger Stick, which allows for complete free movement on the tripod. You to move the tripod up, down, lean forwards, back, sideways. Then once you have the perfect position simply let go of the trigger and the tripod is solid and still once more. The Gen 3 boasts the following upgrades:

Quick detach yoke system with integrated lock: the yoke at the top of the trigger stick is now much quicker to remove, if you want to remove your gun and replace it with optics.
Quick leg angle lock: upon opening the Gen 3 legs will lock out at 45 degrees. Use the trigger stick to move them even wider if you wish, or bring them in, depending upon the terrain
New contoured hand grip
New strengthened rotating joint makes the Gen 3 trigger stick even sturdier than before.

As with the Gen 2, the Gen 3 is height adjustable from 24" to 62", with a detachable V yoke. It fits 1/4-20 & 3/8-16 threaded fixtures for securing optical gear and is ideal for cameras, spotting scopes, binoculars, laser range finders and almost any other mono pod mountable device.
