Size:

· Measure your chest whilst wearing the clothing you will want to wear this vest over the top of!

· Two measurements are given for each size - the smaller one is when the plastic buckle is fastened at its tightest, the larger one is when the plastic buckle is at its loosest - i.e. at the very end of the strap.

· Remember you can also wear this vest unfastened.
