Coronavirus: Opening & Delivery Information: Our dogs neither know nor care about any viruses, they just know they want their exercise! We are still open, but we remain at the mercy of the delivery companies, and all of our suppliers, so deliveries may take an extra day or two - we will continue to give you an estimated dispatch date when your order is confirmed. Also due to the closure of the schools on friday 20th March, we will have some additional 'Office Juniors' rampaging around the place, but please rest assured, we are still here and we will fulfil your orders as normal. When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We work on all orders in the order that we receive them. Normally we dispatch parcels within 2 days of receiving your order. However during very busy periods it may take an extra day or two for your parcel to be dispatched. Once we have started to work on your order we will email you with an estimated delivery date.

If you place an order which includes an item marked on our website as either out of stock or as a special order item then your entire order will be dispatched when this item is available.

UK Delivery:
Parcels up to  approx. 100g in weight are sent via Royal Mail's 24 hour untracked parcel service. Parcels over approx.100g are sent using Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked parcel service. These services are the best balance between delivery time and delivery cost, but cheaper/slower or faster/more expensive options are available - call us with your order if you would like to use one of these services.

Parcels shipping to the Scottish Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland containing ammunition are shipped using UK Mail.

Parcels to the EU: Parcels up to 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail's tracked business service. From 2kg to 20kg we use a tracked courier service. In both cases the parcel will be passed to an international delivery partner from the recipient's country once the parcel leaves the UK. International parcels will normally require a signature upon delivery.

Rest of World: Parcels up to 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail and do not include import taxes. Upon leaving the UK your parcel will be passed to one of Royal Mail's international delivery partners. Your parcel will be tracked and/or signed for. For parcels over 2kg being shipped to non-EU destinations, we will give you a personalised delivery quote. 1. Returns Policy: Non-Faulty Items

1.1 For Non-Faulty Items (e.g. if you ordered the wrong size, or you decide you don’t like the item): items may be returned provided you do so within 10 working days from the date you receive them, and the goods are unused, undamaged and returned with all the manufacturer’s packaging & labels.

1.2 Return the item(s) using a tracked delivery method to Gundog Gear Returns, 5 Oldfield Way, Heswall, Wirral, CH60 6RQ. Include a note giving your name & order number, telling whether you’d like an exchange or a refund.

1.3 Refunds: If you require a refund, this will be issued (minus the original delivery cost) when we receive the item.

1.4 Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange the item, there will be a redelivery charge of £5.99 to pay. You can pay this either by paypal or over the phone by card – let us know which you prefer.

1.5 We cannot exchange or refund items which have been personalised.

2.0 Returns Policy: Faulty Items

2.1 Due to the nature of the items we sell, a certain amount of normal wear and tear must be anticipated.

2.2 However if an item you purchased from us arrives damaged or if you feel that the item has not performed as well as expected, if possible send us photos of the damage via e-mail. We will forward these to the manufacturer and in some cases we may be able to arrange a replacement or refund without returning your faulty product.

2.3 If the item needs to be returned, we will email you a returns label and provide instructions.

2.4 In some cases it may be possible for the manufacturer to repair the item. Otherwise, damaged items will be replaced, or alternatively we will issue a refund or a credit note if you prefer.
