When Will My Order Be Dispatched?
We work on all orders in the order that we receive them. Normally we dispatch parcels within 2 to 3 days of receiving your order. However during very busy periods it may take an extra day or two for your parcel to be dispatched.
If you place an order which includes an item marked on our website as either out of stock or as a special order (2-3 weeks) then your entire order will be dispatched when this special item is back in stock. if you'd like your other items sooner, we will happily ship them right away but we would require an additional delivery payment to cover the second delivery cost.

UK Delivery Options
Parcels With No Blank Ammunition
Royal Mail Untracked (from £1.20 + VAT): parcels up to 250g in weight and with a value of £25.00 or less can be shipped using this cost-saving delivery option. Parcels ship with Royal Mail and will take 1-2 days to arrive once your parcel has been shipped. Parcels containing ammunition cannot use this option.
UK Tracked Parcel (£3.99 + VAT): parcels up to 3kg can ship using this method throughout the UK, including the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. Parcels ship with Royal Mail's 48-hour tracked business service and should arrive 2 days after dispatch. Parcels containing ammunition cannot use this option.
UK Tracked Extra Large Parcel (£5.50 + VAT): parcels over 3kg use this tracked service. Depending upon your location either Royal Mail or UK Mail will be used and your parcel will arrive 1 - 2 days after dispatch (up to 3 days for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). Parcels containing ammunition cannot use this option.
Parcels Containing Blank Ammunition
Royal Mail will not carry ammunition. For these orders we use UK Mail.
Mainland UK: this is a next day fully tracked service. Prices start at £4.50 + VAT, rising to £5.50 + VAT for heavier parcels.
Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: unfortunately UK Mail add a surcharge to deliver to these areas making the delivery cost £14.00 + VAT.
Delivery Outside the UK
Parcels to the EU: Parcels up to 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail's tracked business service. From 2kg to 20kg UK Mail is the courier. In both cases the parcel will be passed to an international delivery partner from the recipient's country once the parcel leaves the UK. This service is fully tracked throughout.
Switzerland & Norway: Up to 2kg Royal Mail will transport your parcel and import taxes are not included in the delivery cost. Over 2kg UK Mail will ship your parcel & import taxes are included in the cost.
Rest of World: Parcels up to 2kg are shipped using Royal Mail and do not include import taxes. Upon leaving the UK your parcel will be passed to one of Royal Mail's international delivery partners. Your parcel will be tracked and/or signed for - wherever possible both tracked and signed. For parcels over 2kg being shipped to non-EU destinations, we will give you a personalised delivery quote. We are sorry but we cannot ship blank ammunition outside the UK
1. Returns Policy: Non-Faulty Items
1.1 For Non-Faulty Items (e.g. if you ordered the wrong size, or you decide you don’t like the item): items may be returned provided you do so within 10 working days from the date you receive them, and the goods are unused, undamaged and returned with all the manufacturer’s packaging & labels.
2.5 If the manufacturer feels that the damage falls within the accepted level of expected wear and tear, they may refuse to either issue a reimbursement or a replacement. In this case, we will be unable to provide you either with a replacement, credit note or a refund. However we will return the original item to you should you so wish - we will require a contribution to the redelivery costs. We will also if required provide you with contact details of the manufacturer / wholesaler should you wish to contact them directly and challenge their decision.
2.4 If this is not possible, we will either replace the item, issue a credit note or reimburse you according your preference, apart from the conditions set out in section 2.5
2.3 Where possible the manufacturer will repair the faulty item which we will then return to you.
2.2 If the item needs to be returned, we will email you a returns label and arrange for the parcel to be collected from you. Please fill in the form below and put it in the parcel
2.1 if possible send us photos of the damage via e-mail. We will send the photos to the manufacturer for them to assess. In some cases it may be possible to arrange a replacement without returning your faulty product.
Due to the nature of the items we sell, a certain amount of normal wear and tear must be anticipated. However if an item you purchased from us has been damaged and you feel that the item has not performed as well as expected, please observe the following instructions:

Gear, a refund for the cost of the products (minus the postage cost) will be issued via the same method the customer used to pay for the goods, within 48 hours. 1.2 Fill in the returns form and return the item, with the form, to us. The customer pays the return postage costs and we suggest you insure the return items against loss or damage.
