Delivery within the UK

Standard Delivery: packages are delivered via Royal Mail standard 1st class delivery, which normally reaches its destination the next working day. This is the most inexpensive UK postal option we offer, but Gundog Gear can take no responsibility for your package's safe delivery once it's in the Royal Mail postal system.

Recorded Signed For Delivery: select this option if you require proof that your item was delivered. A signature will be required upon receipt of your package, which you can then view online via www.royalmail.com. 

Special Delivery: Items sent via Special Delivery will arrive by 1pm the next working day providing someone is available to sign for the package upon receipt. Items are fully tracked, and there is a £500 compensation level for loss or damage.

Special Delivery with Saturday Guarantee: this option is the same as Special Delivery but guarantees that items posted on friday will arrive on Saturday. Select this delivery option if you place your order on a friday and want next day delivery.

Special Courier Service: for large or bulky orders, this option is often more cost-effective than delivery via Royal Mail. Gundog Gear is happy to arrange a fully tracked courier service to deliver your package to your door (all packages must be signed for). If you chose this option, telephone us with your order and we will search for the most competitive price for you.

Delivery Worldwide

Standard Delivery: packages are delivered worldwide via Royal Mail Airmail. This is the most inexpensive international postal option, but whilst Gundog Gear can provide the customer with proof of posting, we  take no responsibility for your package once it's in the Royal Mail postal system.

International Signed For (Europe): select this option if you live in Europe and require a secure registered delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of your package.

International Signed For (Rest of World): Select this option if you live outside Europe and require a secure registered delivery. A signature will be required upon receipt of your package.

Special International Courier Service: for large or bulky orders, this option is often more cost-effective than delivery via Royal Mail Airmail. Lite Launcher Orders

All Lite Launcher products are made to order especially for the individual customer, and consequently there may be a 2 to 3 week wait between placing and receiving your order. However all items will be despatched as soon as they're ready and every effort will be made to minimise the time you have to wait. Please note that all launcher dummies and blank ammunition will be despatched direct from Gundog Gear as soon as the order is placed.

Special Orders

There are two ways to pay for special orders - you can either provide payment details to Gundog Gear at over the telephone or we will make special arrangements to enable you to pay through our website. For further details please contact Gundog Gear.

To pay for a special order through our website:-

• First select your order from the list below, then select 'add to basket' just as if you were ordering a product in the normal way.
• The value of your order will be the amount quoted to you in pounds sterling less £2.35.
• Go to the 'view trolley' page and select your payment method as 'UK 1st class delivery.' This will add £2.35 on to your order, bring the order total to the amount agreed with Gundog Gear.
• Proceed through checkout in the normal manner and as soon as we receive your order via our website we will ship your goods to you.
